Terms & Conditions – Realm Resort

1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Payment for bookings can be made via the website, Razorpay, or any other approved payment methods.
  • Advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining amount, if any, must be settled as per the booking agreement.
  • All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM; standard check-out time: 12:00 PM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Guests must present valid identification at check-in. The resort reserves the right to deny check-in without valid ID.

3. Guest Conduct and Responsibility

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow all resort rules.
  • Any damage caused to resort property, rooms, furniture, or facilities will be charged to the guest.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

4. Property Rules

  • Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and certain public areas.
  • Pets are allowed only if explicitly permitted at the time of booking.
  • Use of resort facilities (pool, gym, spa, etc.) is at the guest’s own risk. The resort is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
  • Guests must adhere to noise regulations and respect other guests’ privacy.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • All refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  • Requests for cancellation or modification must be made through the official booking channels.

6. Force Majeure

  • The resort shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, power failures, or pandemics.
  • In such cases, the resort may offer alternative dates or a refund at its discretion.

7. Photography and Media

  • The resort may capture photographs or videos for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to be photographed must inform the management in writing at the time of check-in.

8. Liability and Indemnity

  • Guests agree to indemnify and hold the resort harmless from any claims arising from their stay, including accidents, injuries, or property damage caused by themselves or their companions.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from bookings or stays at Realm Resort shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Exclusive jurisdiction for resolution of disputes lies with the courts in the city/state where the resort is located.

10. Miscellaneous

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in case of misconduct, illegal activity, or violation of resort policies.
  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to review them before each stay.
