Refund Policy
At Realm Resort, we strive to ensure a seamless booking experience. Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy. All eligible refunds will be made to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation Policy
- 7 days or more before check-in: 100% refund of the advance paid.
- Between 7 days and 48 hours before check-in: 50% refund of the advance paid.
- Less than 48 hours before check-in or in case of a no-show: No refund.
Guests are encouraged to carefully review their booking dates. In the event of special circumstances, we may consider exceptions at the management’s discretion.
